Returns
ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN POLICY
We want you to completely love your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will accept a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be posted in the mail within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and must still include original tags and any original packaging material and labels. Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept garments that show any signs of wear. Any garmetns that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused and returned to you.
- Shoes - we will not accept shoe returns or exchanges with any sole markings or scratches - no exceptions. In the event shoes need to be returned, the shoe box and original packaging must be included in the return.
- Item(s) must have been originally purchased from Monkee's of Chattanooga.
- Gift cards do no expire and are not redeemable for cash.
EXCHANGES
We will accept a return for an exchange subject to the conditions outlined above in the Returns section. On your request, pleaser include a note with information on the product you would like to exchange the item(s) for.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories (home/decor, jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, vintage, and lingerie), trunk show items, special orders, or items purchased at a discount of 20% or more. These items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping options are available to be chosen once you have completed your returns online. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.
- We recommend returning items through traceable mail and that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting return items as Monkee's cannot issue a refund on items that are not received.
- The goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Monkee's. Monkee's will not issue a refund on item(s) that are not received or are lost in transit.
- Return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
TO INITIATE A RETURN
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account at account.monkeesofchattanooga.com, view the order under the Orders tab and click the Return Request button. If you're request is approved, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $15. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.
Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
